Funds wastewater treatment and disposal for the San Luis Obispo Country Club area.
The Public Works Department is making plant upgrades at the Country Club Wastewater Treatment Plant. These upgrades include the removal
and off site disposal of accumulated sludge from Pond No. 1, and relocating the inlet pipe and installing a floating baffle system in Pond No. 1.
This will improve circulation and digestion in the aeration pond. Similar upgrades to Aeration Pond No. 2 will be made in 2008/2009.
