Lopez Plant Audit

San Luis Obispo County's Flood Control and Water Conservation District Zone 3 is committed to providing a high quality water supply to its customers. As a part of its on-going resources management program, the District authorized Black and Veatch to conduct an audit of the Lopez Water Treatment Plant to evaluate the existing system and to recommend future improvements.
