- Lat 35°6’1”, long 120°37’43”, in Bolsa de Chamisal Land Grant, Hydrologic Unit 18060006 (Central Coastal), at left bank, near the community of Oceano, 0.2 mi (0.3 km) upstream from mouth, and 1.2 mi (1.9 km) downstream from the Union Pacific railroad bridge.
- This sensor is also downstream of the Sand Canyon Flap Gates (also known as the Meadow Creek outlet structure).
